Camping

Edgehill Country Park has been a camp site since 2002 enjoying the status of a rural retreat within the Warwickshire countryside. The site has 3 acres of level or slightly sloping ground which forms a pleasant area for group or individual camping.
Facilities of toilets and showers allow a level of comfort whilst not creating a commercial feel. The introduction of a washing up area provides added convenience without distracting from the natural environment. The whole facility being hidden in the trees.
The site has marked pitches, with an average size of 8m x 9m. All camping equipment and one vehicle must fit within this. Gazebos must be no bigger than 3m x 3m.
Arrival after midday, Departure before midday. Adjustments available by prior arrangement only.
Visitors are welcome to wonder in the woods to enjoy them. Please resist breaking any live vegitation or removing wood.
On site there is often a Warden who can assist with any problems visitors may have on site.
There is a combination code for the gate for security purposes and visitors are requested to ensure the gate is closed at all times when not in use.
No camp fires are permitted but BBQ's are allowed in the designated area.

The woods and fields have their own hazzards and care should be taken to ensure visitors are aware of seasonal changes. During the year there will be brambles, nettles as well as the delightful bluebells and general flora and fauna. Tree roots and branches may be in areas you wish to traverse and care of tripping and slipping should be taken.

We ask that visitors do not break growing vegetation. To give due consideration to the environment they are in.
We do not allow bonfires.
There are no buildings close by and therefore the site is quite private. We operate using the camping and caravan club guidelines, to acheive a considerate, quiet, and family orientated site. Lights and music must not interfere with others.
Our aim is to remain a natural environment which others can enjoy. We actively encourage young people to visit our site in the hope their experience will lead to a deeper appreciation of the countryside.
The cost for one unit with two people for one night is £20 - £30 (summer 2020). Rallies are encouraged to visit us outside of school holidays, and the event Organiser or Warden is offered a free stay when part of a 10 unit group. Please ring to discuss this further 07976292001.
Washing up facilities are availble.
Dogs are allowed on site on the understanding that they remain on a lead AT ALL TIMES (max 2 meters in length). The owners must clear up after their dogs and exercise them along the footpath which runs alongside the camping area.
The site operates a quiet time from 11pm to 7am, no vehicle movements are permitted after 10pm.
There are numerouse footpaths around the site which lead to surrounding villages, many with pubs. The local village of Kineton which is about 5 miles away has extensive amenities.
